The wine and cheese, the perfect union and taste.

Do you know that the PAIRING is the method of which food or mostly CHEESE go well with WINE?

The wine pairing with cheese is a French tradition. The main concept of pairing is that certain elements of wine and food, such as texture and taste, react differently when mixed; and finding the right combination of these will make eating a more pleasurable experience to the palate.

As for wines ... WHITE OR PINK WINE: soft cheeses: ricotta, feta, mozzarella, cream and goat. RED WINE: cheddar, manchego, cantal, gruyére, parmesan and the rest of the strong cheeses.

As for bread ... FRESH CHEESES: whole grains based on grains or fine herbs. SOFT CORK CHEESES: breads of grains, herbs or spices. SEMI-SOFT CHEESE: neutral bread like baguette, French or focaccia. BLUE CHEESE: small pieces of white plan. HARD CHEESE: white breads.

THE STRONGER THE CHEESE THE MORE BODY SHOULD HAVE THE WINE.

That is why our Executive Souz Chef Horacio Pérez and our Food and Beverage Assistant Karen Barrios García prepared for all of you some exquisite recommendations for your next visit with wine that you can found at our resort with:
