The Restaurant Chamber (CANIRAC delegation) of Los Cabos is where Sabor a Cabo started 12 years ago to help the promotion of the local gastronomy. The event was created by restaurateurs and entrepreneurs in Los Cabos who over time, have included top Mexican Wines, Tequila and Mezcal brands.

Every restaurant participates with an impressive display of signature recipes giving local Chefs the opportunity to serve more than 3,000 people every year.

Over the years, Sabor a Cabo has invited Internationally renowned Chefs, such as Dieter Koschina (Michelin Star Chef), Enrique Olvera, Richard Sandoval, and many more.

From the very beginning, the primary goal has been to support local charities in which all proceeds from Sabor a Cabo have been donated to organizations working within this area for over 12 years.

Sabor a Cabo 2017 will be held in Quivira Los Cabos (only 30 mins away of our resort!), where the Quivira Golf Club is located, designed by Jack Nicklaus.
